1. What is Suretrust Group Inc.?

 

-Our company is an auto loan consultancy firm that provides value for money offers and sound practical advice to first time car buyers. We help our clients arrive at the decision that will lead to ownership of their brand new car. The company is a duly registered corporation under Philippine law to operate as a consultancy company nationwide. We have 5 branches in Visayas and Mindanao.

 

2. What is our assurance that after paying the down payment, we will receive the unit as agreed on the contract?

 

The company believes that the foundation of its phenomenal success in the last 2 years of being in business is trust and credibility. The management makes sure that all transactions are transparent at all times. Upon paying the down payment, the company will issue a copy of sales contract to the client along with the guarantee check corresponding the amount of down payment paid. In the case where the company cannot deliver the unit as committed in the contract, the client can encash the guarantee check. For your added protection, Suretrust Group has a company account where you can directly deposit your down payment. The company does not accept any down payment unless the client has signed all the chattel and loan documents with our tie up bank.

3. What if something happens to the car during delivery?

 

The company makes sure that all units delivered are in the best condition with quality assurance protocol being followed by our transport personnel the moment it is released from the dealership. If any untoward incidents happen, the unit is covered with comprehensive insurance with own damage and acts of nature that will automatically take care of the damages. Upon turn over, the client signs an acknowledgment form that states they have received the unit in good condition. If they find any dents, scratches or problem with the unit, the company will be accountable to take care of the minor repairs should there be any.

 

4. What about the after sales service? Will the dealers cater my unit should I have future problems with maintenance or warranty?

 

Every brand new car released comes with a warranty booklet that states that the client can avail services under authorized service centers nationwide.

 

5. Who will provide the necessary documents that we need like Insurance, OR / CR, Plate number?

 

Insurance copy, OR/CR, Plate number are being taken cared of our offices. The client can call or follow up these documents anytime.

 

6. I'm an OFW, how can I avail your services?

 

The company has release more than 700 brand new cars in the last two years and 90% of our clientele are based or working abroad during the course of processing / unit has been released. The client only needs to provide the list of requirements such as: contract of employment, 3 months payslips, passport, 3 months proof of remittance to the representative. (Special power of Attorney is required for land-based clients) Your representative must be a recipient of your remittances.

 

7. I'm a Businessman, how can I avail your services?

 

For businessman / self-employed, we will need your 6 months latest bank statement, ITR with financial statement, Business Permit, PRC card for Doctors / Lawyers. The basis of the income shall be on the amount being deposited in the bank statement except if the client can provide trading receipts to justify the cash flow.

 

8. Where will I pay the monthly amortization?

 

Once the unit is released, your monthly amortization will start in 30-45 days. The bank will require either a post dated check or via Auto Debit Amortization.

 

9. What about the car registration?

 

Our units are released from Manila and thus the registration for 3 years shall be in Metro Manila. However, during the renewal which is after 3 years, the dealer coordinate with LTO in the area to upload the record of your car's registration to LTO office in your place of residence. Once uploaded, you can renew the registration directly to the nearest office.

 

10. How Long will I wait for the approval?

 

Each account is special and unique. Thus, the length of approval will depend on the proof of income that we provide to the bank. Your approval is pre computed based on the 30 / 70 ratio. It means that your monthly amortization should not be more than 30% of your total income. If your income is Php100,000/month, the amortization of your car should be Php30,000 and below.

 

11. How Long will I wait for the delivery of my unit upon down payment?

 

In the usual course, as long as the unit is on hand and available, we can deliver in 3 days. It means when you pay your down payment between Monday to Wednesday, your car shall be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. If you pay down Thursday and beyond, your car will be delivered on the next weekend. There are units that have very limited availability, in such case, we will advice you once the you account has been approved about the estimated delivery. We will be requiring reservation fee amounting to Php10,000 and shall collect the remaining amount once we confirm that the unit is already available and ready for release.

 

12. What is your advantage compared to bank offers?

 

When you go directly to the bank, you cannot avail the same price, all-in offer and discounts that we can provide. They can only give you low interest rates but you will have to pay for the shipping charges, insurance and chattel payments. Our company offers the best of both worlds in terms of all-in offer and lower interest rate compared to the bank.
